Find the Key to Your Communication

Adult Speech Therapy
Anyone experiencing difficulty with their communication may be appropriate for speech therapy, whether it is due to a stroke or brain injury, changes in the sound of their voice, decline in memory and thinking, living with a degenerative disease, or others. I have experience with each of these areas, and have treated aphasia, apraxia of speech, dysarthria, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, stuttering, and more.
Research shows that when children experience communication disorders, they benefit from receiving treatment as early as possible. I see children starting at age 3, with a focus on speech sounds, language structure, voice, and stuttering.
I believe all accents are beautiful and tell a part of each person's unique life story. I also understand that there are times when you want or need to sound more like a native American English speaker. I combine my background in linguistics, my experience teaching English as a second language, and my clinical skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist to help you achieve this goal!
